About me?

I am born in Brazil and live now in Miami, Florida, where I moved few years ago with my husband and my 10 year old son. I start competing in figure fitness two years ago and placed first (including 4 national qualifiers) or top three in all the NPC competitions I attended. I am looking forward to my first national show and a IFBB pro card.

What I like to do?

Using my knowledge in fitness and personal training, combined with my vast experience in perfumes and cosmetics aquired during my career in marketing and sales of the most prestigious brands, I would like to continue making the lives of many women better by improving their appreance and health, helping them to stay in shape and keep being desirable throughout the years.

What is your favorite body part?

My shoulders, but I realy like my whole "package".

If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?

First, I would search for the owner. Then, I would take a trip around the world to think about what to do with it.

What frustrates you more than anything?

Not to be able to do what I planned to do.

What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?

Shoulder press.

How many times a day do you eat?

7 to 8.

How many times a week do you train?

5 to 6.
