Do you have a story you want to share?
Everyone finds a time at some point in their lives where they want to make improvements in their lifestyle, but are unsure how to go about making these changes. My sophomore year in college I found myself about 15 lbs heavier and was unsure what to do about it because I never needed to worry about keeping active when I participated in sports. I knew I could push my body to do more – I needed a place to start. I cleaned up what I was eating and had added support in the gym from the love of my life. Together we watched our bodies transform in a matter of 12 weeks. I could not have done it without him. Most of us when we start need that motivation. The best motivation comes from the one’s you love!
