I live in Massachusetts – I grew up on the beaches of Cape Cod. I love the ocean, being outdoors doing anything active, and I love animals. I have a 14 week old Newfoundland puppy who is my little prince charming, such a mellow little furry gentleman! HAHA! My career is in Media Sales, I sell advertising to local businesses. I have been in sales for what seems like forever and love my job & the people I work with & for. I feel very fortunate to feel that way. In the evenings and on the weekends I train a few select clients, do some nutritional counseling and I also sell my homemade protein cookies, banana & pumpkin breads and organic homemade dog treats so that keeps me busy a few evenings a week filling orders. I love helping others, so whether it is thru helping their business grow thru advertising, or helping them achieve their health/wellness/fitness goals thru proper diet, nutrition & training – I thoroughly enjoy what I do.
What I like to do?
I love the ocean, my father had a boat growing up so I developed a passion for fishing & boating when I was young, being outdoors doing anything active, and I love animals. I lived in Hawaii for a little over 4 years where I learned how to surf – which I became quite addicted to! I don’t like cold water though....even in a wetsuit, so I am not able to surf very often living on the East Coast. I love to cook, thank the Lord because I am constantly cooking – whether it’s baking or making my meals, I make everything from scratch. I enjoy having close friends & family over for dinner parties. I have traveled extensively and love to see new places and experience different cultures.

If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
I would help out my family and a few select friends, and invest a portion of it for my children’s college/my retirement
What frustrates you more than anything?
Liars, selfish inconsiderate people, ‘poor me let me wallow in my misfortune’ negative Nelly’s. Get your butt up and do something. No one else will for you.
What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
Either heavy walking lunges or side laterals
How many times a day do you eat?
I eat 6 - 7 times per day – 6am, 9am, noon, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm then a sometimes a small protein pudding before bed for another 20 grams of protein or so
How many times a week do you train?
I usually train 6 days a week with a 2 hour cardio split while prepping for shows, 4 to 5 while not in contest mode with 45 minutes cardio per day 5 days a week.
