- What I like to do?
- I love date nights with my husband, Marc. It's the time when both of us can be a couple again...lol
I like to play with my kids. Two boys can be so much fun!!
I also love to work. I love every part of being a personal trainer.
- What is your favorite body part?
- Legs- Calfs
- If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
- Try to find out who it belongs to. If no one is able to be traced then I'd tithe 10%, get a HOUSE, and get all new furniture for it, and...maybe a new car
- What frustrates you more than anything?
- When I am more motivated for a client to reach their goal then they are!!!
- What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
- 1-Arm Rows, I never saw my shoulders till I got serious about doing them.
- How many times a day do you eat?
- 6-7
- How many times a week do you train?
- 5-6days/wk (4 of those days are 2 a days)
- Do you have a story you want to share?
- I do want to add that I am a hard worker for any of you that are considering giving me work. I pour 100% of my heart and energy into every project that I am given. I take critism well so if you have some pointers, I'd love to hear it. I also, thrive on praise so that's welcome as well :) ha ha

2nd PLACE ON THE WORLD PHYSIQUE CONTEST
THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT TOOK THE TIME AND VOTED FOR ME ON THE MARCH WORLD PHYSIQUE CONTEST!!
I WILL TRY AGAIN AT ANOTHER TIME BUT I AM STILL VERY PROUD OF MY ACCOMPLISHMENT. I PULL 613 VOTES BY MYSELF. I DIDNT EVEN TELL MY HUSBAND ABOUT IT. HE FOUND OUT THROUGH ANOTHER FRIEND THAT SAW ME ON THERE TOWARDS THE END OF THE COMPETITION. I WANTED TO STRETCH MYSELF AND SEE WHAT I COULD DO ON MY OWN WITH A 20 MONTH-OLD PULLING ONE ARM AND A 2YR OLD PULLING THE OTHER.

It's not about me...
As I have entered into a new year, a year that I have told myself time and time again that this is "MY YEAR", I have big hopes and big aspirations.
