I received my bachelor's degree in communications from Rider University in 2004 where I was a Division I Scholarship Track & Field athlete and cheerleader. After a few years working in the communications field I began training for Physique Competitions where I found my new passion. I became a certified trainer through ISSA in early 2008 and now hope to change people's lives through positive motivation and by educating people on how to make healthy choices.
I have been training for the last 4 years for NPC competitions, in which I have competed the last 3 years. I have always been active in many sports and from a very young age. I started Martial Arts (karate) at 3 ½ years old and have done softball, cheerleading, track & Field, and now fitness competitions! Competing in fitness was just going to be a hobby, until I got totally sucked in! It’s addicting and now of course I would love to earn my IFBB Pro Card!
