- I was born and raised in Florida! Grew up competing in gymnastics ,as an elite gymnast. Blew out my ACL...Blew my college scholarship... My degree is in Dental Hygiene,I also work as a personal trainer and do nutritional guidance.I am the mom of Dalton-13 & Payton-11. I love to compete!
- What I like to do?
- I love to train hard! Watching my kiddos play sports,Watching football..NFL & college,Enjoy a glass of good red wine,spending time with my family,Educating people about health & nutrition.
- What is your favorite body part?
- Legs
- If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
- Try and find who it belongs to...If no one claimed it, I would invest it in empowering and educating women
- What frustrates you more than anything?
- People who judge you on how you look instead of who you are!
- What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
- love back and shoulders...do not dislike anything!

- 6 x off and on season
- How many times a week do you train?
- 5-6 days a week
- Do you have a story you want to share?
- I find it is best to face each day with a good & positive attitude,our days our limited here! Don't waste them being angry or bitter...Live happy ,your worth it!

Fitness Bound !
Hey everyone, I have decided to give the fitness end of compeition a whirl....I am excited to embark on this adventure! I will be doing the Ana Level in Palm Beach ,June 6th to try and Qualify for Jr. Nationals in Chicago. I hope all goes well,if not I can always do figure at Jr.'s... I think it will be fun to perform and do the body round! If anyone else is doing the Ana Level or just going to do fitness ,give me a shout! I would love some company! Jen Marchetta

NPC Seminar
Hey Everyone, Just got back from the NPC seminar in Ft. Lauderdale.The NPC did a great job making it very clear what is to be expected this year! The panel did a fantastic job fielding questions and giving details on the upcoming season. It was great to see NPC officials, judges, promoters,pro & amateur athletes all part of the panel!
