I am starting off my morning by teaching a series of 4 group specialty classes at my gym.....going to get in a short back workout before then......later in the afternoon I will do my hour of cardio.........later in the evening I will meet my hubby back at my gym to do more weight training......most likely the good ol' glutes!!!! Got ot keep those suckers lifted!!!
I love teaching the circuit classes and yoga follows right after that...good combo!!!! I always have great people attending who help…
