- About me?
- Hello everyone! Im Lauren an aspiring pro competitor and fitness model. Im sure most of you can relate. Not only that but a fitness professional and student. Most importantly, Im a new mom, wife, daughter, sister and friend. Like many of you, I want to be all that I can be to those special people in my life, as well as a positive influence to anyone and everyone. That's what fitness does for women, I know it has for me. It makes us stronger each time we step in to the gym. Our lifestyles bring us respect. I want to encourage all of you hard bodies out there to realize that, we offer hope and inspiration to those around us just by our lifestyles alone! So yes I want to be something in this industry: open my own studio, earn my degree, my pro card etc. But more than anything I want to serve others. I want to make a difference because that is really what counts. I want you ladies to keep things in perspective too. Because the kind of women we are can make such an impact!
- What I like to do?
- Boating, going to the ocean, road trips, visiting/hanging out with family, hiking, going out dancing with friends, cooking, volleyball, anything outdoors, visiting Las Vegas lol, and reading/praying with my husband.
- What is your favorite body part?
- Legs
- If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
- Start a fitness/health business, give give give... and of course shop, buy a sail boat, and go on vacation with my husband
- What frustrates you more than anything?
- dishonesty and arrogance
- What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
- Squats..my legs really need em, and they are intense, I love it!
- How many times a day do you eat?
- 4

- Do you have a story you want to share?
- I never ever wanted kids. But I told God my plans and he laughed! I will have to write a book about the change that took place in me personally while being pregnant and having Jesse.

The Fit Physique Booth--WE NEED A CHANGE!
Hey everyone! I had the privelage of putting on my Studio/family booth at the local show here in Boise. Its amazing to see it from a non-competitor perspective, it inspires me to be a judge lol. The competitors were all amazing and I thought they all contributed in such a unique way to the show.

Gold's Gym Figure and Bodybuilding Championships
Its the fourth time around in Boise, ID. It's going to be a great show so grab a few friends and head out for the night show on April 4th, Capitol High School, starting at 7:00. You can go by earlier to get tickets.

- hi lauren, thanks for the support!! yes, my ex is a loser unfortunately, hes denying me and the baby and it is difficult. the gym extended my membership for free and i am grateful to all my friends for there unbelievable support and blessings during this time...

- Hey, I think since you're blonde you should always stay with the darker/metallic colors. Turquoise, Green, HOT pink etc. Nothing too light because since we're both blonde, our skin is naturally light and a light suit would not do you justice. We work TOO hard to have our suit lose the comp for us ;o)
