About me?
I am the mother of 2 beautiful girls. I am a Home Care Aide. I just love my ladies I work for, they are so darn cute.
I am a NPC and NABBA competitor. I started competing when I turned 50. I was hooked after doing my first show.
What I like to do?
I like to workout and ride my Harley.
What is your favorite body part?
My favorite body part is my back.
If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
I would donate atleast half to charity... that is if no one else claimed it.
What frustrates you more than anything?
Driving in traffic.
What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
I like seated rows.
How many times a day do you eat?
I try to eat atleast 6 times a day.
How many times a week do you train?
I train 6 days a week.
Do you have a story you want to share?
I started training when I was 49 and it has been a blast ever since. we have team of bodybuilders at the gym I belong to and we all compete. We have so much fun. Working out and competing gives me a new focus, I have Meniere's Disease(debilitaing vertigo along with hearing loss) so balance is a main factor as well. I challenge myself everyday, that is when I am not on my Mary-Go-Round. Hopefuly it will settle down and I can get back on my feet.(Literally)LOL!!!!! Have a great day!

Las Vegas Classic

Hello Team,
I will be competing in the Las Vegas Classic in Nov. Its the 20th Anniversary for this show. I am so excited to gettting ready. My diet and training are on target. I lost 3% BF so far . YAAAY! I am at 15% and weigh 145 .My goal is 7-8 % Bf and 130. I have never competed in Middleweight so lets see what it brings. Plan on being in the best shape so far. The best me that I can be.

I agree with the post that you never under estimate your well being and health. Feb 2 I will be having surgery on my left ear. I am to the point of total deafness in that ear now. It is due to all the vertigo attacks that I have suffered through. The surgey involves total destuction of the inner ear. Wow sounds scarey, but i will remain positive and get through therapy as well. here's to no longer being the Dizzy Blonde, LOL!!! I will just be a weeble.
