I am a former Track and Field thrower. I threw the Shot put, weight, and hammer. I broke Florida State University's Shot put and hammer record in 2007. I have always enjoyed working out, but its time for me to get out of the "throwers" body and get into a more physically fit body.
What I like to do?
I love to lift weights at the gym, go to the beach, go fishing, play beach volleyball, bike riding and travel around to new places. Coaching is a passion of mine, if i get an opportunity to coach at the collegiate level, i will take it.

If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
I would put it in the bank to pay off my college loans, my medical bills and use the rest for my future adventures.
What frustrates you more than anything?
The amount of time and money i have put into eating right and leaning out, and how it takes way too long to get to my goal weight. But im not giving up!
What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
My favorite exercise is leg extensions, my least favorite is running (even though i know its necessary for my weight loss/fitness)
How many times a day do you eat?
I eat about 6 times a day
How many times a week do you train?
I train 5 days a week
