- Hey Girls!! I am Shannon Dey IFBB Pro Fitness Competitor, Founder of Team Bombshell, Co-Editor of American Body Plus, NPC Florida Women's Chairperson, Promoter of the NPC Shannon Dey Classic, Promoter of the IFBB/NPC Ft. Lauderdale Cup and VERY proud Team Tight Curves Member!!
- What I like to do?
- I love to help other women get involved in the sport of figure, fitness and bikini!! Helping competitors reach their goals and realize their potential is extremely rewarding and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to do so!
- What is your favorite body part?
- Booty training!!
- If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
- After making sure it didn't belong to anyone (if I didn't know for sure it would keep me up at night :) I would sock it away and use it as needed after making a nice donation to the ASPCA!
- What frustrates you more than anything?
- Hearing the words... "but I like to eat _____" when I tell a competitor that it is NOT part of their diet plan to acheieve the body they want!!
- What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
- One legged leg press is my favorite! Anything biceps is my least favorite!
- How many times a day do you eat?
- Off season - 5. On season - 8
- How many times a week do you train?
- 5 days a week with weights!
- Do you have a story you want to share?
- Not a story...but a couple of quotes that I live by:
"Someday is NOT a day of the week"
"If you keep doing what you're doing, you'll keep getting what you've got"
"Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there!"

FOUR IFBB Pro Cards - ONE Incredible Night!!

Last night at the NPC North Americans in Cleveland, Team Bombshell took home FOUR Pro Cards of the six earned!
380+ athletes competed last night in this HUGE National event!!
