I've always been active in sports since I've been a child. I was a competitive swimmer and gymnast growing up. I've found that fitness and figure competitions provide the intensity, friendships, and lifestyle that are conducive to good health. I also have a doctorate in theoretical physics and currently work in the high tech industry.
What I like to do?
I love to train, whether I'm competing or not. I also love reading, taking photos, playing the piano, learning new things, and meeting new people!

Legs
If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
I'd try to find who lost it. If I couldn't, I would help my family and invest the rest.
What frustrates you more than anything?
People who put other people down.
What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
Squats are my favorite!

How many times a week do you train?
I lift 5 times/week and do cardio 5-14 times depending on the competition season
Do you have a story you want to share?
After competing in swimming and gymnastics, I still wanted to be involved in sports. I found that bodybuilding, fitness, and figure was just what I was looking for.
