Ok....I have a DELUGE of things to do! Monsoon season starts, and it's already started in a figurative (no pun intended) way for me!

Well here it is! Comp week!!! SAWEEEEET!!! I opened my JanTana lotion the other day and it was an automatic increase in heartrate! ha!!! That smell of comp-----it's amazing!

- About me?
- I am a commercial pilot, staying fit on the road--which really, is in the air! I am mostly flying in the U.S. and Central America.
I like to joke and give people a hard time! haha! I love genuine people, good jeans, labs, and the kinds of restaurants where you can throw peanut shells on the floor.
I live in Denver, Co--sort of! It might be Houston, TX..I'm trying to decide if I can dare leave Denver to save some commute time to work!
I compete in the NPC figure division, and I competed at the Junior Nationals and Master's Nationals so far this year. I placed 5th and 2nd, respectively. I do plan on another show this year! I am always learning something new and am a focused competitor!
- What I like to do?
- I like the outdoors! I mountain bike, hike, and snowboard! I also like to draw!
- What is your favorite body part?
- I love a good set of shoulders on anyone! On me, my abs are my standout feature.
- If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
- Be a little naughty and a little nice haha!
- What frustrates you more than anything?
- The, "I'm going to....." and it never happens. Don't say it if you aren't 100% going to do it.
- What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
- Running on a trail, somewhere pretty! Shoulder press.

- 7

Summer Monsoons

4 Weeks out Jr Nationals 2009
I am 4 weeks out from my first show in 2009! I am really excited, as I come down the pipeline of the final weeks!
I have accomplished some things that I wanted to, such as bringing my muscular quads down in size a bit, and really working on my back and shoulders. I am looking for that perfect balance to make me look my best!
The other goal is to come to stage with a more streamlined look, but also 'fuller', meaning nice bubbly shoulders and a back that looks like there's velvet stretched acros… Continue

Thanks for sending the positive energy my way! You are right that we are so fortunate to be able to do this! And...the "off-season" is definitely an on-season in it's own right! I am working hard and loving it, and it sounds like you are too. Do you have a comp. picked out for your 1st of 2009? I am still deciding between a few in July.
Just checking in to see how you are doing...hope all is well and you are having fun with competition prep.!
I am so anxious to start prep., but I am forcing myself to stay off-season for a little longer.
