hello everyone...lost 4lbs last week...very happy about that!!!! that makes a 35lb loss so far. i cant beleive there is only 2 weeks left......that is just crazy. sounds like everyone is doing fantastic. talk to ya all soon, cheryl ford

- About me?
- well lets see....i have two great kids garrett and emma. a great husband of ten years this year. my husband and i own our own business. its called fords party rental and we rent tents, tables, chairs, china, dunk tanks, everything you could possibly need from a top of the line wedding on down to a back yard party..its really fun....i am doing the tight curves brownie challenge and am very excited about it..
- What I like to do?
- i like to spend time with my family. i like working out with my great trainer and friend pamela soper..i like to bird watch, and my most favorite thing to do is to get tattoos.
- What is your favorite body part?
- legs
- If you found a million dollars, what would you do with it?
- alot.....i would pay off all of my bills and then take a great vacation with my family.
- What frustrates you more than anything?
- losing focus.
- What is your favorite and least favorite exercise?
- my favorite is chest. and my least favorite is legs
- How many times a day do you eat?
- right now including snacks and protein 9 times
- How many times a week do you train?
- weight train 4 days a week
- Do you have a story you want to share?
- all that i can say is that i have been chasing a dream for a very long time....and i think its finally time to wake upand start living that dream. i know there are awesome things out there for me and i am ready to enjoy those things. and more than anything i just want to be healthy and set a good example for my children. and strutin my stuff dont sound so bad either..

end of week 14....final results
