TEAM TIGHT CURVES

Well I had a great week, I had my bodyfat done and I'm down to 14% and 120 pounds..102.5 (can't forget the .5) pounds of lean mass and 17.5 pounds of sugar and spice..haha! I haven't lost any mass which is huge!! Cardio is 2x a day about 45min to 1 hour each time. Trying hard to pull it all together in these next few weeks. Shopping around for a new suit too. Well Have a great night and I will give ya another update next week. :o)
