My sweet 8 year old daughter Sophia left me a typed letter on my pillow this morning... it read...

Dear Mommy,

Thank you so much for caring for me, keeping me very healthy, helping me learn to keep myself healthy and teaching me to do activities to keep my heart rate up. You are so strong and pretty and I want to be like you. Thank you too for letting me have my friends come over and play. I love you.

Okay! So of course I was so emotional! And she is so freakin' cute about the "heart rate" comment ! And ending the letter with "sincerely" When you have children, they will break your heart so much in one day than say one thing or come and kiss you and just melt you! I'm so blessed.. so when I'm up on that stage next week... I'm so excited that my babies will be there watching me! They are my life.
